Stay away from Bob in customer advocates. He’ll tell you your medication isn’t important because you are not a transplant patient 🙄 your medication is not life changing, but just life bettering. Bob, you are not a Dr and have no right to tell a patient they are less important than another patient.

CVS is responsible for my wife missing two chemo/radiation sessions because they think they know what meds she needs instead of what the doctor ordered. I have lodged complaints every place I can find, but ZERO support from CVS for my wife with Stage 3 cancer. I will do everything in my power to make sure as many people as possible hear what you’ve done to my wife when her life is at stake. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND INEXCUSABLE OFFENSE!!! Update - my wife just spoke to someone at CVS and she asked for the cash price on the cancer medication. CVS quoted $1,200. The hospital where she is receiving treatment filled the same script for $10 cash price. Unbelievable.

Zero sense of urgency. Why call me a week before I need my CHEMOTHERAPY PILLS when you don't ship til Monday? I was told I would get my pills by Wednesday (today 5/31) so I can start my next round tomorrow. Jokes on me, no pills have been delivered!!!! So now my schedule will be messed up (again) because of this sorry excuse of a pharmacy.

I am not a great fan of CVS to me the lay out it just has a layout that is just odd. It does not flow right. I think they're more expensive than Walgreens and the staff is so much more impersonal than the staff at Walgreens.

Great prices and good sales. I've always found the people working here very helpful. I still get my prescriptions at Walgreens because I always have, but someday in the future I may make the change, depending on the prices of the rx compared with Walgreens.
