I had a great experience at CVS. The tall gentleman working there was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Even though he was busy stocking shelves, he quickly came over to assist me when I needed help with an item in a locked case. He went above and beyond by offering to help carry my cases of water and even walked them out to my car. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Similar to Ariel, another review on this establishment, this has to be the rudest pharmacy I’ve ever been to and I want specifically name the individual employees who made my experience terrible. My wife, who is weaning from breast feeding, needed Sudafed which is behind the counter. Despite standing in line at 7:58, with another customer in front of me, they turned me away because they were closed. I explained I simply needed a behind the counter drug, not a prescription filled. The manager, in the rudest yell possible, screamed “WE ARE CLOSED SIR.” Frankly I was a bit shocked. It was totally unnecessary and this just speaks to how poorly run this CVS is. I wouldn’t be writing this review if they just simply informed me they couldn’t do the transaction. I am writing this review based on the totally unnecessary reaction by an employee, a manager nonetheless. This person isn’t qualified to manage a Wendy’s much less be a pharmacy manager. I will be calling corporate to name Monica Campbell, the pharmacy manager, by name. Never ever go here. Drive to a different state if you have to.

I got in drive thru pharmacy line at 7:40pm when they close at 8. There were 2 cars ahead of me and the worker was taking awhile with the car at the window. I figured, I’m the last in line, I see no cut off time sign anywhere. Once the car in front of me was done it was 8pm on the dot, and I drove up with code and card in hand to try to be quick. Instead they shut the metal curtain on my face. Wasted my time and incredibly rude I will no longer spend my money here.

**I am changing my review to a much more positive one. This place has made a complete turn around. The service is quick and professional. Friendly and happy to serve you employees. Great turn around!!! 🫶🏻. **. This pharmacy is so bad, consistently, that I'm at a loss for words anymore. Obviously, CVS has invested a great deal of time and money in automation to make the customer's experience efficient and rewarding. But once you get to the drive thru or walk inside to the pharmacy, the rewarding experience is lost. These people are so unorganized and dysfunctional that it's unbelievable. The pharmacy manager told me one time when it was time to close, that the systems automatically shut down at that time! LOL! Today a tall black guy waited on me at the window drive thru and disappeared for 15 minutes. I went inside and he was working on something else. I asked him where was my prescription, and he just looked around and finally got it. But there was no urgency on his part and he did not offer any type of apology. But that's because this is how the pharmacy manager treats customers. So why would her employees act any different.

I will never come to this pharmacy I had to pick up my prescription for my child and they gave me my prescription. They didn’t mix it up and it was just in powder. Very unprofessional.
