This is not about this location but about CVS' automated phone system. It's HORRIBLE!!!! It was better, not sure when it was changed, but this new system is NOT EFFECIENT OR ACCURATE AT ALL! AND their online system can't find a pharmacy that is literally NEXT DOOR to me?? RIDICULOUS!! As much money as this company makes, their tech needs to be better!

Employees are accommodating. Even w/the Adderall shortage, Employees try to make it possible to find other local stores for me and receive my prescriptions. Keep up the excellent work!!!

They did not mention hour of operation. When I arrived 6:02 pm on Saturday, they said close. If I know earlier, I can decide whether I should go or not.

I called today and the guy who answered was very rude. Definitely needs to learn customer service. Will not be going back to this pharmacy anymore.
