Every time I call the pharmacy, they pick up no problems. But when I call the main store, the front end, they have NEVER picked up my call. So frustrating. When I called most recently because I wanted to know if they did photocopying of documents. They did not pick up as usual. So I went to the store and lo and behold. They did not do photocopying of documents. So I wasted time going there to begin with. I'm actually going to switch my medications to a different location just because of the trouble that I've had with the store never answering my calls. So frustrating.

No sense of urgency to get possibly life saving meds. Been waiting over a week. They say they can't get it in but didn't bother to check with other stores until I called to pitch a fit. Should have done been done. Will be switching, not to a different store, but a different pharmacy, different company.

I’ve been coming to this CVS since it opened NEVER have I experienced rude behavior from anyone working there until last night. The manager there has 0% interest to be a part of CVS and shows.

I just had the rudest experience at this store on seminary. I pulled up into the parking lot at 10:25 p.m. The stores closing hours are posted as 11:00 p.m. So I thought I had 30 minutes as I'm pulling in. I see that they're locking the doors and about to pull down the grate when a young man stops and looks at me and waves his hand as if to say come on in and so I do. I know exactly what I'm getting and I head straight there so that I don't take up any more time than necessary. I'm just getting a pair of scissors - and as I'm in the aisle, An older black man passes the aisle then stops doubles back. Looks at me and says "you know we're closing, right?" And I said "the young man working here let me in, and besides that, your closing time says 11:00 p.m." He doesn't say a word and walks towards the front where the young employee is waiting (probably to get on to him for letting me come in). I literally took maybe 3 minutes to grab the scissors and check out and that was it. But they turned the lights off as I was looking for the scissors! They did it about 30 seconds after the black man approached me, so I'm assuming it was him that turned the lights off. I'm not even kidding, like it was dark. Thankfully I'd already found the scissors I needed. When I checked out I made sure to get the gentleman's name and I think he was a manager too. His name was John O'Kara but the very nice young man that let me in was named Adolfo - so props to the employee who let me in and did the right thing, and shame on the manager who was extremely rude to the point of absurdity. A man like him should not be in customer service, let alone management. **I've been reading recent reviews and it seems like this manager's notoriously appalling behavior is quite common. Either his boss doesn't keep up with these reviews, or CVS just doesn't care if they have someone like him representing their company and providing the absolute worst demonstration of customer service and/or lack there of - because I'm baffled at how someone like that is able to keep their job when they're going out of their way to DISRESPECT the customers. **

Horrible experience with the whole store in general. But very dissatisfied with the pharmacy for sending me out with unfinished medication/treatment that was prescribed for my 4 year old child with Autism who was experiencing life threatening illness. Had the nerve to call us while we were home saying we couldn’t give that medication because it was wrongly administered. But if I “want” to go back and get it fixed. The question is disrespectful and inhumane to say! These company is supposed to care for the people but since it’s located in a highly homeless community we are ALL treated as IF. That’s discrimination all around. Do better CVS !!
