Good store, well organized but they don’t want to check us out at the register. We all had to use self checkout. Wouldn’t have a line and would be faster if they also worked and not just standing like security guards gossiping…..

They're very quick when it comes to an emergency situation and they are very good about explaining stuff and not getting annoyed with you like some of the other pharmacies I've worked with. If you need something explained and you want a thorough explanation talk to John, you will not regret it he is an incredible and very intelligent pharmacist with no temper and a peaceful manner. Thank you John for your kindness!

Scammers, cvs is straight up scamming customers. Older lady up front forced me to sign up for the free cvs rewards program after i already said no, then she asked if i wanted the paid rewards program for a monthly charge and I said no again but she secretly tried charging me for it when she asked to put my card in to pay for the items. Thankfully I read what i was clicking on and I declined it and she got super rude towards me and tried to make me get it anyways and I kept declining. Then once she saw that I was not getting it she became really agitated and rude. Really scummy and not even sure if that is legal to trick customers into signing up for a monthly charge .

I made a same day return because I wanted to repurchase the same item but use my coupons. The lady was sweet but a bit frustrated because they were busy and she was the only one up in the front. I had explained to her what I initially wanted to do and she understood. She made the return and left to help someone else I stayed and she said I was good to go but I told her I still needed to repurchase the same item again. She went back started the checkout process after she scanned the item she threw it at the bag in front of me. She didn’t hand it or slide it over to me she decided to throw it in my bag. I was taken back and bothered that she thought that was okay to do and I know she noticed because she then proceeded to be extremely talkative and said I kind of made it in the bag and I was like yeah kind of. She then proceeded to say if it were a basketball net she would’ve of made it in. I’m just so upset because I wasn’t mean or rushed her I knew she was busy and I was being patient but to do that and try to play it off bothered me versus just apologizing. Very disappointed with my experience.

older gentleman on duty tonight (who did not have a name tag on) was quite rude, accusing me of somehow switching the price of an energy drink and a candy bar?? seems like someone is not up to date with the current candy buy one get one 50% off sale!!! as a well paying extra care member this put a bad taste in my mouth, and my pockets.
