If I could give this experience 2 stars, I would. Yesterday, a little before closing, my family and I went to pick up my mom’s medication. As we were driving off, my mom realized the prescription was completely wrong—they had given us a man’s medication, including all of his personal information and instructions. We circled back around to the pharmacy window, and as soon as staff heard us, they immediately ran away towards the exit doors. I knocked on the window and could clearly see the entire pharmacy team standing there. Instead of acknowledging us, they literally ran away from the window with smirks on their faces, acting as if we couldn’t see them through the blinds. I drove around to the front and saw the young man who originally handed us the medication. When I got out to let him know about the mistake, he tried to slip away inside and quietly tell his coworkers what happened. The group then handled the situation in the most nonchalant and unprofessional manner. I completely understand wanting to go home at the end of a shift, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. Not only were we given another person’s private medical information—a serious privacy violation—but the lack of urgency, accountability, or basic professionalism from the staff made the entire situation even more disappointing. Race has nothing to do with but to give a better description of who all was responsible, the entire staff looked to be asian & the young man was a young asian male wearing blue scrubs. This situation occurred towards closing time (in which we were not aware they were closing.) November 13th. I will be calling to make a complaint to cooperate as well because that was absolutely irresponsible, carelessly mishandled and poor customer service.

Crystal the Pharmacy Tech must be a new employee. She couldn’t answer questions. On top of that Crystal had a “I couldn’t be bothered” attitude. If her attitude was this way with no line, I can’t imagine how Crystal will cope if there was several people in line asking her for help.

CVS Pharmacy is always busy, but they keep things moving. The staff works quickly and efficiently, and I’m usually in and out faster than expected. The only downside is the drive‑thru — with just one lane, it can be pretty slow. Honestly, it’s much quicker to go inside. Overall, a reliable spot with solid service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS on January 22, 2024. While waiting to pick up my prescription, I did some shopping and asked the cashier about using coupons. Instead of helping, the cashier responded rudely, saying, “If it’s so troublesome, then don’t come .” When I expressed my frustration, the cashier added, “Then you don’t need to come.” This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Customers should be treated with patience and respect. I hope CVS takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service

I went for immunizations and it was very easy and the young man was very kind and explained everything very well. The store is very clean and organized.
