If I could give them no stars I would! It doesn’t matter what time of day you go to this pharmacy it’s always terrible. The staff is incredibly slow even with not customers! More than a 20 minute wait in the drive thru is unacceptable. Going inside is worse because then you get to witness just how truly slow they are. It’s not even a headcount issue. It’s an I don’t care issue

This stores drive thru pharmacy is the one that has a 25- 30 minute wait time. It is always a hassle coming here! Back in the day, they made you drive back around if your prescriptions weren't ready. At this store, they allow people to sit at the window and wait until their prescriptions are ready. Make them go inside or drive back around and keep the drive thru moving.

Great customer service experience! My wife needed a certain supplement due to great pain she had and the manager on shift deep searched for this item until it was found. Wife and I are very thankful!!!

I recently visited this CVS on Hulen and was disappointed to find the area in front of the pharmacy looking unkempt. While I understand that the store is likely busy, I believe that maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, especially near the pharmacy, is essential for the health and well-being of customers. I hope that the store can take steps to address this issue, such as increasing the frequency of cleaning or providing more trash receptacles. A clean and organized store can enhance the overall customer experience.

I DON’T RECOMMEND THERE PHOTO SERVICES AT ALL! Save yourself the headache. Placed a photo order and the employee referred me to Walgreens for my order.
