⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A huge shout-out to the CVS on Blue Mound Road (76131)! This store has undergone a remarkable transformation. The updated layout is organized, easy to navigate, and makes finding what you need simple. The biggest difference is the leadership. Ralph, the Store Manager, is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about customers and his team. He consistently goes above and beyond with excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to see such a well-run, customer-focused store. Keep up the great work!

The employees were really unprofessional and acted like they were just there to get through the day. It wasn't anything extreme, but they definitely didn't know how to treat a customer. I went to the pharmacy and was told they would order my prescribed cream and that it would arrive on Monday. When I went to pick it up, it wasn't there. They simply said it "didn't come" and offered to order it again, but even they weren't sure if it would arrive. How does that even make sense? How do you place an order and still have no idea whether the medication will show up? The whole situation felt careless. The employees didn't seem to care about who was standing in front of them.. they were just in their own world. And after reading other reviews, it's clear this is an ongoing issue. Out of all the CVS locations I've been to, this one has the worst staff experience.

Constantly gets prescriptions wrong, gives incorrect times when the prescriptions will be ready, will have you sit there for an hour only to tell you it is not ready, and seem to enjoy making it difficult for people to get their prescriptions. If you are polite they will take advantage of it and ignore you for as long as possible and if you make a scene they will give you what you want but then you feel just as sleezy as them. If you can do so, transfer to the Kroger Pharmacy in the same parking lot. Suddenly my life saving insulin is always able to be filled and every problem I was having (that CVS blamed on insurance/my doctor) suddenly all disappeared!! So unless my insurance and doctor were part of a secret agreement to make CVS look like utter trash, my most reasonable conclusion is that this CVS and its employees are the problem.

I was having trouble applying a coupon at the self checkout. An associate cancelled the transaction, and started it over, while insuring that the coupon applied. She was so helpful, patient and kind!

One of the worst pharmacies I’ve ever been to. The customer service is terrible. The Indian lady at the window was very rude and unprofessional. I went to pick up my prescriptions — she gave me only one and told me to come back after 20 minutes. I came back after 30 minutes, and she told me to go back in line or come inside because it wasn’t ready. I told her I wasn’t going to go around again. She still only gave me one medication, even though I had five that were supposed to be ready. When I asked about the others, she said they weren’t there and were at the hospital — but my discharge papers clearly said to pick them up at CVS at this address. When I went inside, another pharmacist kindly explained that it might take a little longer to refill. But as soon as I got home, I got a call saying the rest were ready for pickup! When I called back to ask why they didn’t fill them all together, I kept getting voicemail. When I finally reached someone, the same lady spoke to me very rudely and acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. Terrible communication and customer service.
