Update: the link provided from CVS below takes you straight to the company website. What am I supposed to do with that? Next time I will directly address this issue in the store. Original post: Christine B in the pharmacy is an extremely rude and condescending associate. She needs to be retrained on simple customer service standards. I go out of my way to go to this particular pharmacy due to similar customer service issues at a different location. Maybe it’s time to find another pharmacy. Basic “hi,” “how are you,” “thank you,” etc. aren’t that difficult. Especially when you’re at a pharmacy. Someone in management should really reinforce this idea to this girl.

I have been going to this CVS for about 5ish years - Pharmacy specifically. Without exaggeration, almost every time I have been there to pick up a prescription, there has been an issue. Regardless of the prescription type. Either out of stock, not fulfilled, "didnt receive prescription from my doctor", ect. This week I had my prescription sent to a different CVS, and there was not a single hiccup in the process. If you are a TCU student and have the time to stop in here multiple times a week, its probably not that inconvenient. If you are a professional who doesn't really have hours of their week to commit to coordinating between a doctor's office and the pharmacy, i would suggest using a different location.

This store is messy and the staff need proper training. I came in one night and a short white pregnant female and another white female with pink hair were working pregnant female was sweet but there was an altercation with another customer that the other lady was getting into it with and the customer was stealing the Worker with pink hair was just snatching the ladies bag putting her hands on her trying to recover the stores product. I don’t think Employees should be putting other employees at risk by putting their hands on someone cause you never know if weapons are involved especially with a worker being pregnant. Always better to be safe than sorry. Seriously what is up with the new staff ! will not be coming back to this store

Ran in to grab something quick from cosmetics. No employees anywhere to help. Asked cashier & was told she was the only one that was working and I would have to wait. Waited 10 minutes & left.

The pharmacy here is playing with my husband's life. There is always some issue with getting his insulin fulfilled. This specific time they did not have the stock and were unable to fill the order. This was Friday. So he had to wait all weekend until today (Monday) when we were told it would be ready by 2pm. It's still not ready and I do not hold out hope it will be ready today. This is not a new issue with this specific store but it's the same issue at the other cvs closest to us. All around just bad 👎
