Tamiya provided exceptional service and truly went above and beyond. She was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and she made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and showed genuine care and patience. It’s rare to receive customer service at this level—Tamiya is outstanding and absolutely deserves recognition as an excellent pharmacy technician.

I just wanted to say how amazing Tamiya was when she helped me. I spoke with her over the phone, and she was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood my prescription before ending the call. I never felt rushed, even though I know the pharmacy is busy. Her tone was warm and reassuring, and she made the whole experience stress-free. It honestly felt like she truly cared about helping me, not just getting me off the phone. I just wanted to make sure her manager knew how outstanding her customer service was.

Every time I’ve scheduled a vaccine here they have cancelled at the last minute due to an “unexpected issue”. This has happened with Flu, Covid, and other vaccines. It seems that the pharmacy is not stocked up with the vaccines they need, or the technicians are too lazy to keep an appointment.

Save your money and your frustration and use Kroger pharmacy. My Rx cost 3x more here and they refused to let me use a good Rx coupon. Kroger automatically applies the coupons and the staff are much more pleasant to deal with.

This has been my pharmacy for years and the employees are always great. Unfortunately for this CVS, they have partnered with Target. Target has recently sent a very clear message to the minority communities that have helped the company build itself to the juggernaut that it is. Since Target is divesting in minorities, I am divesting in Target. As a result I am switching pharmacies to spend my money with companies that are more aligned with my values and not exploiting minority communities.
