I don't love CVS. In fact I dislike it, but my insurance forces me to get my prescriptions here for some reason. However, this is one of the best CVS locations I've been to. It's clean and organized. I never buy anything here because it's always overpriced, except once when I urgently needed an OTC med because it's super close to my apartment and open late. I really appreciate how late the pharmacy is open. The techs and pharmacist are usually friendly and on top of everything. It runs pretty smoothly. Pretty often a customer will have an issue with their doctor or insurance while I'm there and they take it out on the pharm techs. They always handle it well though and the situation doesn't escalate. I feel for them though. The system of scanning your app barcode at the screens is also so great. I much prefer it to telling them your info and having to spell your name and all that. And you can see what prescriptions they have ready and the price of each. It's super helpful.

(I’ve never felt compelled to write a review. I don’t have Google mail, so writing via my partners Google) If you rely on maintenance medication, avoid this pharmacy. I have 7 years clean and take my recovery seriously. I inquired on the 2nd and again on the 3rd to confirm my prescription would be ready the morning I was due to take it. They refused to fill it one day early — but then on the actual day I needed it, they told me they wouldn’t even prepare it until the evening. So they won’t let you pick up early to stay on schedule, but they also won’t have it ready when you’re supposed to take it. Anyone with even a basic understanding of maintenance medications knows how irresponsible that is. Instead of basic communication, I was met with attitude and treated like I was asking for special privileges rather than simply trying to take my medication on time. I sincerely hope the staff receives better training on substance-use recovery issues, especially given how serious and widespread this crisis is. After 15 years using this pharmacy, I’ve transferred my prescriptions to the Madison Yards location. If you depend on consistency and respect when it comes to your medication, look elsewhere. (I will note it’s ALWAYS the same lady who seems to have an issue /w me. If feels very intentional).

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but today felt necessary. My experience at CVS Pharmacy with Madison was truly amazing. Before helping me, I watched her assist an elderly woman with so much patience and care, taking her time to make sure everything was handled properly. When it was my turn, she greeted me with such kindness and made sure I had everything I needed Madison has a warm spirit and a very gentle voice, and it honestly stood out. It’s rare to experience this level of genuine customer service these days, and I felt it deserved to be recognized Thank you, Madison

I miss the old store when you got rang out at the register. Needless to say the kiosk are usually down for self check outs. If they have 2, usually only one works. Now let's talk about price most products dealing with beauty arranging from $12.39 to over $33.00 to $46.00. Simply it's way out of budget for most consumers. Remember we'reo just going to pick up prescriptions and nothing catches our eye inside the store more than coupons, but I think it would take a whole family to get consumers to buy in volume in just passing through the aisles. I am Happy with the prescription side of the pharmacy. They do a great job based on the sheer volume.

Eyeroll, I really miss when this store was great. I always feel like no one really wants to be there when I am in the store. The service is a toss up on any given day. I don't like going to this particular store but if I must I must. Also the prices can be more on the pricer side.
