This store is my special happy place. You can always find everything you are looking for, well stocked, neatly arranged, clean and April my sales goddess is fantastic. Always greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcome!!!

Kudos to the sales associate who helped me with my passport photo today. She had to go back and forth between me and another photo customer, who was having some difficulties with the photo process. Then I had trouble typing in my email and phone number on a computer screen. The sales associate was so patient and didn't miss a beat while helping both of us. Then another customer arrived who also needed a passport. The sales associate jumped right on it. I don't know that I could juggle three different customers at once. She was great!

The automated phone system that mediates prescription refills is agonizing to use. Calls that should take three minutes take fifteen as I am redirected to the main menu after placing each refill request. I would switch to another pharmacy ASAP if I had the option, but CVS has manipulated the market through their pharmacy benefit management scheme to trap customers in their awful ecosystem. Staff are great at this location. This is about CVS corporate.

I stopped by this location earlier this week to locate some cold and flu remedies and birthday supplies. I found the store to be clean, organized, and customer services top tier. I saw that the male Associate with colored hair was working on multiple tasks but stopped what they were doing to assist me in finding the products I needed and helping me checkout.
