I am writing this review to ask if anyone else has had an issue with the lack of professionalism with the "manager" by the name of George as well, to please include your incident below as I am conducting an investigation and submitting an official complaint which will be sent certified to CVS-corporate. My mother lives in this neighborhood and I (used to) frequent this location often to pick things up for her, snd load my cash card. There are two very professional ladies that work during the day, whom have informed me that customers can load cash-cards until 9 PM. This evening upon shopping, I asked for assistance from an individual by the name of "George" with checking out and loading my cash-card at approximately 8:48 PM. He refused to load (not even a maximum amount ) $30 onto my cash-card stating that " he closes his registers early"--- which is AGAINST/not in alignment with corporate policy. As a frequent and long-time points customer I am disgusted by his complete disregard of corporate policy as well as lack of basic customer service. This is part one of my official certified written complaint about this individual- as I am sure corporate would like to know about behavior which can easily be considered discrimination .... There are customers may genuinely need to utilize the service and that may not have been able to drive/get to the next CVS location - and out of luck because of his personal issues. If CVS did not want customers to load cash cards after 8:00 PM it would have been part of the policy. Luckily I work for a law firm.

I have had the most traumatic experience. I have been a CVS customer for over 20years and to have this happen has tried my patience to the core. My dentist prescribed my meds and sent them in on last Friday. MLK CVS stated they never received the order. I called my dentist again and she sent the order and called it in. Still no meds. I endured the entire weekend in severe pain and no antibiotics for my oral surgery on Wednesday. I called my dentist again today, and now they are irritated with me, yet they called it again. I pull up in CVS drive thru at 6:01. They couldn't find it again. Then another pharmacist (Tanu) looked and found the order. They asked me to come inside. I parked at sat while the filled the order. David was rude and inconsiderate. His demeanor made me more heated. It is 6:44 and I'm still waiting. At last Tanu tried to ring me up but I said the presentation is not complete. Now Tanu is upset that David did not complete the prescription order. Now I have to sit and wait even longer in pain!! David then calls me up and I have no words. He didn't even apologize. I was calm, I didn't yell nor did I cause a scene. I'm just done. Thanks Tanu for trying to help and for your apology

Visited pharmacy. Pharmacist was polite and greeted every customer upon arrival. His multitasking was impeccable. Wait time was almost non existent, very swift.

White pharmacist denied my prescription after my doctor prescribed me this……it says 4 refills she didn’t even type my name in the system or anything. Denying me care for my unborn child is very ignorant. This is the medical malpractice that is going on at this location. Like I drove all the way up here just to get denied. Yall can calll to verify too

Please note; This review is only for Ms. MARGO at MinutClinic. Amazing experience. Amazing welcoming from this wonderful lady. On time!! Excellent communication and service. I only wish there is more ppl like her. This clinic is 30.mil. away from my house, and I can't be more happier that I came here today. MARGO♥️ The one I went to, today, same morning. People, at 1520 Ave.They didn't show up on time, she was late 30.min. No excuse, no apology You can see who was scheduled in the morning shift at 1520 Avenue Place, Suite B-100 Atlanta, GA 30329, THAT CRAZY WOMAN NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!
