I contacted the pharmacy to ask if she could possibly get my refill early due to a work trip that I would be gone for a month and without meds for that time. She told me to call her back in a few days and she was able to push my refill ahead of time. I am very grateful for her going beyond her duties to assist me. That showed excellent customer service!

The store is okay. For the most part the workers are helpful and greet you. But sometimes, I feel like they follow me around the store. It's usually if I wear my hood bc it's raining outside or a bad hair day. Doesn't make it okay. They just linger around you which is disappointing because many of them look like me and it does not feel good to be profiled IF that's whats happening. I can't prove it. And I hope I am wrong. I am only leaving a review because this is the 3rd time I have gotten this feeling when I truly just came to shop and mind my business. Update: My feelings were confirmed. I literally overheard a worker (possibly a manager) telling another worker to go watch someone immediately after they entered the store because of how the person looked. And no, I would never make something like this us. I heard it with my own two ears. This is not right.

Worst customer service by pharmacy person. Attitude for just asking a question and telling me they can’t fill emergency prescription where most pharmacies can.Talking to me from 10 feet away as if I had a disease. Charged $15 for a single tablet (walmart is $4 for 2 tablets)Will NEVER be back

The CVS pharmacy near Piedmont Hospital has very pleasant staff who are action-oriented and had inventory of medicine for our sick child. This is very refreshing and a sharp contrast from the Walgreen’s pharmacy in Howell Mill shopping center. We will be traveling further to CVS Pharmacy from now on. Thank you for caring about your customer!

Ricky, who works in the pharmacy area, is such an asset to the store. Her demeanor makes anything you may need her assistance with go smoothly. She is so very pleasant, never seems hassled, always has a smile for the customer, she should be utilized by HR to train employees as to properly serve a customer in a retail setting. A truly wonderful young lady.
