Every time, and I mean every time I visit this location; there are 5 stars across the board! I've only dealt with excellent customer service from the staff, and I love how they have regular customers who loves to engage at this location. Shout out to Neb, Esha, Carlos, Swelyn, Farrah, the pharmacy staff, along with Kizzy and Sammy, in the one minute clinic! I frequent this location weekly, and I always feel at home. 😊 Great job!!

Overall, for the past two years I've used them, it's been fine. No complaints. No issues. Generally polite and nice people. Recently though their pharmacy staff has gotten incredibly rude. Not all of them. But a few of the young ladies who work there have a real issue if you ask questions; will get rude and dismissive and act like they don't care. Happened to me twice now over the phone asking questions. Seen them in person to a few customers as well. Just today. I received a text and automated phone call from CVS. All they said was there was some sort of issue with one of my meds and I needed to call my pharmacy to correct it. I call. I leave a voicemail. I explain that I'm calling about the vague messages, and just trying to understand what is going on and make sure my meds are good. I get a call back. I answer. I hear the general background noise of a pharmacy and a couple ladies conversating in the background. I keep asking hello, hello, hello? No response and they hang up. I leave another automated VM. Explain everything against and that I didn't appreciate a phone call just to be hung up on before any conversation started. I get another call back. Lady is immediately rude. Having multiple conversations with other people and not responding to me answering. Finally she responds, flat toned, uninterested, "you called, I'm calling you back." Explain everything again. Haven't been rude. Haven't called anyone names. Haven't cussed. Nothing. Areky raised my voice, if at all. Attitude continued the entire phone call. Talking to other people while I'm trying to talk to her. After I asked my simple question again, "is there an issue with my meds like the message I keep getting are saying?" "You have a med to pick up. I don't know what corporate is sending you....should I put your med back, you don't need it.? Not what I asked. "No. I need my meds." Repeat my question again. Same answer. I have a life long condition of getting a transplant a few years ago, these meds keep me alive. It's not Tylenol. Suggesting to me she's going to cancel my meds because I asked about the phone calls and texts saying there is an issue, answering questions with answers to a different question. Talking to me shortly, rudely, without an ounce of concern like she was talking to a McDonald's customer complaining about the frenchfry temperature is unreal. So, go at your own risk. Hopefully you get one of the last few good people who still work there. Watch out for a couple of the younger ladies, they don't like when you ask questions and will get an attitude fast. Or maybe try to cancel your life saving medication. Fun times.

I’ve lived in the area for a few months now and interacted with at least five employees in the main store. All of them are remarkably kind. Genuinely kind. It gives me pause. I left last time thinking “i should tell them that they often make my day a little brighter”. So this is me making good on that in a way.

After the difficult process of actually contacting the pharmacy, they tell you a time your medication will be ready at a certain time. When you show up, they don’t have the medication, but they do have the most rude associate who should not work in customer service. Completely disorganized. When a pharmacist calls around to see if anyone has it in stock, they go through the same awful process of waiting on the phone.

Kizzy at the CVS Minute Clinic was amazing. My vaccinations did not hurt all. She was knowledgeable and professional.
