The store is neat and clean, The staff are friendly and very professional especially Ms. Cindy the store manager. Awesome job team, you did go above and beyond to get my daughter project banner in spite of the challenges that weren’t your fault, but you raised the CVS banner high without complaints, and I loved that. Amazing!

My package was taken to this CVS as a UPS Access point after UPS was not able to deliver it to my place. I got a notification that it was going to be delivered the next day. The UPS tracking website showed that it had been delivered and signed off by CINDY at 1:48pm. When I got there around 4 they told me they couldn’t find the package but the driver makes another stop around 6. I come back later in the night and another lady does the same thing, can’t find the package and tells me to come back another day. Seems that they lost my package. TLDR; This store lost my UPS package

This is by far the worst CVS I’ve ever been to. The pharmacy staff deliberately stalled my prescription pickup by insisting my insurance was “invalid,” even though it was confirmed active. They dragged it out until closing time, leaving me unable to get medication I urgently needed. Completely unacceptable. I will avoid this location from now on.

I want to give a huge thank-you to the two amazing ladies working at the CVS pharmacy around 3 p.m. on 10/29. I regrettably and unfortunately did not get their names. Both of them went above and beyond to help me. My insurance had run out, and they both took time out of their day to explain everything, help me figure out my options, and make sure I still got the medication I needed. I had driven over on my lunch break and was already having a tough day, but their kindness and patience completely turned it around. They were so genuine and caring, not just doing their jobs, but really helping me when I needed it most. It’s rare to meet people who care that much, and I’m so grateful for how they treated me. Thank you both for your incredible compassion and customer service: you truly made my day!
