This store’s pharmacy really needs some help. They seem to be overwhelmed and as a result they give attitude or nonchalance. They seem to be understaffed. Seemingly simple tasks like reprinting a label take several minutes. Everything seems delayed and they might actually need more training. Sometimes it seems like it’s everybody’s first day and they are just as clueless as the customer but other days everyone’s an OG and they know more than the customer and the doctor combined. This location is convenient for many. They are probably very busy but they should also try being nice and consistent and someone higher up needs to add shine hours so they can have more help or overlap.

Quintin was helpful and genuinely tried to assist me with my transaction. However, the other male employee working around 9:05 PM on 5/19 was very dismissive, unhelpful, and rude. It’s clear that additional and more thorough customer service training would benefit the staff overall. Although Quintin was kind and attempted to help during my second interaction after I was directed to contact customer service regarding a pickup order refund, he initially seemed unfamiliar with the process. I explained to both employees that online pickup orders can be refunded in-store, but the other employee refused to listen or assist. Once I asked Quintin to remain calm, as I was not being an irate customer, he listened and was ultimately able to help resolve the issue. As a Black woman patronizing businesses in a historically Black area, and as an Atlanta native witnessing the rapid gentrification taking place, I believe it’s important that businesses prioritize respectful and attentive customer service within our communities. I understand employees may regularly encounter difficult situations or frustrated customers, but every customer should still be approached with patience, professionalism, and a fresh perspective. That is how businesses maintain loyal customers, positive experiences, and stronger community relationships. #EverybodyJustCalmDown

I went to CVS in a last minute hurry to get two headshots printed. When I arrived, there was nothing stating their printer is out of service. In which I had to wait in line just for them to inform me. As an establishment, this is extremely unprofessional. However, I should’ve known because the filter of the store is improper and poor. A different set of management is highly recommended. The store is desperate need of proper management and structure.

I have been to CVS store three times in the last 3 days and I've seen the same employees every time. They are always working very hard and they are always extremely short staffed. But they are still kind respectful and professional. No matter how the long the line I didn't mind waiting. Because even in a stressful difficult situation they remain professional and gracious and understanding.

If I could give negative stars I would! This was my last straw this evening. Down with the flu. They show 0 compassion, very disrespectful and negligent. They make up their own rules and CONSISTENTLY MESS UP. I only moved to this one for proximity. But my GOD I will drive however far to go to another CVS. I will be reaching out to corporate. Also have a video of 2 young lady’s and one stating “she was tired she forgot”… as the other young woman laughs. No one’s health is funny or forgettable.
