Hello Google Family, I have been a loyal customer of this CVS location for years and have previously left positive feedback because I truly value having a 24-hour pharmacy in our community. My last review received over 50k+ views...The pharmacists and staff have always been professional, helpful, and dependable, which is why I continue to support this location. However, I am extremely disappointed that the front windows have remained blocked and without visibility for well over 60 days, and in fact, this condition has existed since last year. While I understand that the original incident may have been outside of the store’s control, I have intentionally given time and grace in trusting that those responsible for the ownership and management of this location would work through any legal, insurance, or collaborative processes necessary to resolve the issue. At this point, the continued delay reflects on the foundation and level of commitment ownership has toward this community. The prolonged lack of visibility creates serious safety concerns, particularly at a 24-hour pharmacy. Additionally, the absence of visible security personnel or reinforced security protocols increases concerns around liability and customer safety. My one-star rating is not meant to dismiss the professionalism of the pharmacy staff. Rather, it represents this as my first formal attempt to advocate for a safer environment at this location. I believe in accountability and progress. I am open to adjusting this rating as improvements are made. I would welcome the opportunity to increase the rating incrementally as visible repairs, revisions, and safety enhancements are completed. In that sense, additional stars can be earned as progress is demonstrated. In reviewing responses to other concerns, I have noticed that customers are often directed to contact customer relations. Respectfully, I would prefer to see ownership and management communicate through visible action — through completed repairs and meaningful safety improvements — that demonstrate commitment to this community. As members of this community, we can choose to take our business elsewhere. Instead, I am choosing to make my concerns known publicly in hopes that they are heard and addressed promptly. I have supported this pharmacy in the past and would like to continue doing so. Once this matter has been resolved, I am more than willing to revisit and update this review in the spirit of community support and collaboration.h

Drove all the way here to ger some much needed medication and they were closed. Several customers were also in the parking lot waiting. There was a hand written sign on the door that said temporarily closed.

Just stopped in to make a return and was helped out by Dianne! Usually when I come to this location I get little to no help with making purchases or getting questions answered but she gave me her full attention and made it a pleasant experience. Thank you Dianne !!!!

This CVS has been in an unacceptable condition for months. After a vehicle crashed through the front entrance back in August, the store is still operating without permanent doors or windows, relying on plywood and plastic coverings for customers and employees to enter. This location is also a 24-hour store, which makes the situation even more concerning. The lack of permanent doors and windows raises serious safety and security concerns, especially for the team members who are expected to work overnight in a building that has not been properly restored. Additionally, this area sees a high volume of foot traffic at all hours, including individuals experiencing homelessness. Operating a 24-hour store in this environment without secure, permanent entrances only heightens concerns for employee and customer safety. This is not just an inconvenience. Customers are walking through temporary barriers to access an essential pharmacy, and employees are being asked to work in an environment that does not appear secure. What makes this even more frustrating is how long this has been allowed to continue. If this location were in a more affluent area, the repairs would likely have been completed months ago. Allowing a 24-hour store to remain in this condition sends a troubling message about urgency and accountability. CVS should do better — for its employees, its customers, and the community it serves!

Ruth Hickson was the most unprofessional pharmacist I have ever encountered. My first contact with her was in store . She told me my insurance was not covered by CVS , however she was incorrect and it’s the only pharmacy my insurance covers. Sending me to spend hours trying to find information she already had on file. My second encounter with Ms. Ruth Hickson was on the phone when I called regarding a prescription I needed which was on back order. She stated on the phone “I would listen to her or this conversation was over”. While agreeing and stating when she was finished I had a few more questions, Ms. Hickson hung up on me, leaving me with no answers on a prescription I needed with in a few days.
