I love the convenience and selection of this location. It is always clean, well stocked, and friendly when you walk in! We use the pharmacy as well, not only for convenience, but because Vincent The Pharmacist is simply AWESOME. My friends and neighbors agree. His wisdom, demeanor and customer service is of the highest standards. I do wish that his colleagues would acquire the same Grace with their approach to their position of assistance to others. Unfortunately, it is the consistent, less than enthusiastic majority of the staff in the pharmacy department that has this location missing that final star in this review. ...but, I highly recommend that you STILL bring your Rx's here for Vincent to fill, he is a Gem! God blessed him for sure!

Your contact center is absolutely awful. No way to escalate to a human. I need a prescription to be filled for my dog, and your automated service can’t comprehend what’s going on. Piss poor for such a large pharmacy. Get with the times. This is an emergency situation.

Just go in... Two months in a row now I can't get the new AI answering service to help me. Today, I was told that the service will always assume it's too early for my refill and I should just call and leave a message for the pharmacist each month... (I'm currently four days behind on my medication because of this)

Zeke truly went above and beyond to help me during a difficult time in my life while at CVS. He was professional, patient, and incredibly caring throughout the entire experience. Zeke made sure I had everything I needed while also providing the kind of support and reassurance that made me feel safe and valued. Because of him, my visit to this CVS was not only worthwhile but also uplifting. If more employees were like Zeke, I would gladly come back!

I stopped by today to purchase a couple of items, I was experiencing some issues with a coupon. John really went above and beyond to help me. He was very patient and kind! This level of customer service is not easy to find, thank you John!
