The Kodak photo printer at this CVS location is always out of service. Staff keeps rebooting it every 30 minutes, which only makes customers wait in line for over an hour with no results. This has been an ongoing issue, not a one-time problem. CVS needs to fix or replace the machine instead of wasting customers’ time.

James at CVS is an absolute gem! I’ve been coming to this CVS regularly for the past couple of months, and one thing has been consistent every single time — James. From the moment I walk in, he greets me with a warm, genuine welcome that immediately makes me feel valued as a customer. He’s always ready to assist, goes out of his way to be helpful, and does it all with such kindness and patience. In a world where good customer service can be hard to come by, James stands out in the best way possible. He’s the kind of employee who truly makes a difference in your day. CVS is lucky to have him, and I hope his managers know what an incredible asset he is to their team. James, if you’re reading this — thank you for always making every visit a pleasant one! 🙌

I had such a great experience with Carol. She was so helpful and speedy when we ran in there to get an emergency passport photo. She literally met us almost at the door with the camera. We had called prior so she was ready. So pleasant and amazing. You are very lucky to have her as an employee. Thank you, Carol!!

I had an excellent experience with Yarie at CVS. She went out of her way to be helpful and professional, not just doing the bare minimum. When I couldn’t find what I needed, she didn’t just point me in the direction — she actually walked over, checked the shelves, and made sure I got exactly what I came for. Yarie carried herself with patience and a calm, confident energy that made the interaction easy and pleasant. You can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the customers she helps. That kind of service sticks with people — and it’s why I’d come back to that location.

picked up my prescriptions around 5 p.m. 2/4/26 on a Thursday, and the entire pharmacy team was working harder than any pharmacy team I’ve ever seen in a commercial setting. There were so many people in such a small space, yet the workflow was efficient, fast, and well executed. huge kudos to those ladies, for an amazing job.
