I’m here waiting for my prescriptions and decided to pick up a few items. I have been coming to this location for over 25 years. I asked for a specific item and the young lady at the front register asked me would I be paying for it now and proceeded to not give me the item but took it to the pharmacy to be held until i was done. I have never been treated like a common criminal like this before. Will nolonger support this place.

The management and staff members of three black women were very nasty and rude while providing horrible customer service. The manager over this facility needs to be fired as I have never seen a worker beat on a drive thru window before. Did not open on time and in response the drive thru specialist, management, and the front counter pick up specialist were very unprofessional. It’s suppose to be a safe space for people to handle and trust the people who handle our medications. Called corporate as well because there a multiple complaints about this location.

CVS got me 5 years ago when my sister had cancer. Dr called in nausea medicine to CVS total over 140.00 could have got same medication at Kroger or Publix for less than five bucks. It was an emergency so back then so,I paid the price and said then. I will never use CVS again. I stopped there today to pick up medicine for my neighbor.

Received my flu and Covid shot here. Was a great experience. Dan who gave the shots, did a great job and was very helpful.

It's easy to see why this location has such an abysmal rating. I placed a photo order online for same day pickup on Sunday 4.26, and was informed their machine was broken and a tech was needed to fix it. Today - four days later - I called for a status update and it is still broken. They also let the phone ring for a full five minutes before answering. They do not have an eta on their tech arriving, nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. I needed these photos as a gift and will be taking my money elsewhere.
