I just got back from CVS Pharmacy and had a really great experience thanks to the shift supervisor, Jasmine. She was super helpful and kind. I had ExtraBucks rewards that were supposed to cover my whole purchase, but even though all my coupons were applied, the system still showed a balance. I didn’t mind paying the difference, but she insisted I shouldn’t have to since it was clearly a system error. She took the time to fix it and make sure everything was right. I really appreciate her honesty and how much she cares about customers. Wish there were more people like her!

Winnona at CVS was exceptional. She was attentive and went above and beyond to help a customer, showing real care and patience the entire time. You could tell she genuinely takes pride in what she does and cares about the people she’s helping. That kind of dedication makes all the difference. Great job, Winnona — CVS is lucky to have you!

Absolute worst CVS pharmacy. Always a line. No one is ever in a rush to help. Drive through is “down.” Very poor customer service. Only go here if you have absolutely no other option.

Consistently conscientious, with skeleton staff (c’mon, corporate!!) mostly kind. The pharmacists are helpful and knowledgeable. Such a great experience with a new tech who went above & beyond about a week ago! Super cool. Today, on Thanksgiving, grieving for my Mama intensely while paying, simple eye contact would’ve meant the world to me. Who knows what was going on…

CVS was busy before the snow/ice storm but the employee Bao was really gracious and got our passport photos done quickly and they’re the best government required photo I’ve taken!
