If I could give 0 stars, I would. My dog’s vet called in a prescription for Gabapentin (obv for my dog). I call the pharmacy the next day since I don’t hear anything, confirm if they’ve received my dog’s prescription, and if it’ll be ready for pick up later that day, as we’re leaving for a trip. The pharmacy confirms. I go to pick up the Gabapentin, and as I’m checking out, I ask the tech to confirm that there’s no xylitol in what they disbursed (as it’s known to be toxic to dogs and is common in human forms of liquid Gabapentin). She goes and asks the pharmacist, who then comes over and is apologizing, saying their system doesn’t scan for animal-related toxic ingredients, that it could be present in what they disbursed, and that I should go to a dog-specific pharmacy. Are you kidding me? The prescription was called in from a veterinarian! I also call in the following day and remind them that it’s for my dog, and they fill it and don’t bother to check? You could’ve filled a medication that could’ve killed someone’s dog. Would not recommend this pharmacy, especially for animal-related medication. We’re delaying our trip to get the medication elsewhere. Please train your team to do better.

I love this pharmacy! The staff is always friendly and super helpful, making my visits quick and easy. They have a great selection of products, and I can always count on finding what I need.

pharmacist was quick and efficient in getting the prescriptions. however, when explaining them, they were in a rush and frustrated when i asked questions- i was attempting to clarify how to manage medicines one that needed an empty stomach and another that needed food, and she kept repeating the original instructions as if i was stupid. i wish i would have been treated with more understanding than that.

Very pleasant and quick experience getting my vaccine here. Set up online was easy and the staff was very welcoming. I forgot the staff pharmacist I worked with but he was amazing and I did not even feel the prick from the vaccine. Would come here again!

You can’t call the pharmacy if you aren’t an existing client - have to authenticate DOB & phone # first to talk to a person. I’m not transferring my Rx til I can confirm that the pharmacy has it in stock.
