This is a review for the pharmacy and their ridiculous 1:30 lunch closure. I was literally waiting in line and they were helping the guy in front of me and they said they wouldn’t let me pick up! My prescription is even free. Terrible customer service! They need to change their scheduling so they can cover lunch time and not pick and choose who they help.

The new phone system makes it impossible to speak to a pharmacist! So ridiculous. The AI system doesn't answer my questions, and there is no way to call the store. My prescription is out of stock, the text & AI phone assistant will only tell me it's coming "soon".... I need to know WHEN, or what my other options are, but there is not way to reach a human for real help. The store is locking up more and more aisles, so not worth shopping there in person. The staff in person are great, but I'll be looking to transfer my prescription elsewhere.

Made minute clinic appointment. Store was closed at the time and no text was sent. Nobody answered the phone. Pharmacy pickup is also inefficient.

701 Portola CVS great facility, especilly Store manage Michael. Amazing Job! Store is clean, staff are pleasant
