Diana a month agoWorst service and extremely rude treatment. I was refused a time-sensitive medication 5 minutes before closing, even though the prescription had been sent over an hour earlier. The pharmacist initially claimed my insurance would take 20 minutes to process, but said I could still buy the medication out of pocket — which clearly meant the medication was already prepared and available. I then asked her to at least run the insurance for the next day, and it processed instantly. After the insurance went through, she still refused to give me the medication because there were “2 minutes before closing.” Other nearby pharmacies did not have the medication in stock, so this unnecessary refusal delayed treatment for a painful viral condition.
SDSweething 5 months agoI started out 2026 with a new healthcare plan. When I refilled my meds I was shocked at how little the new insurance paid. The team at this CVS educated me on the many programs and coupons available to help lower the cost. Thanks all for going above and beyond!!
DentalQueen LoveBomb 4 months agoI’ve been a CVS customer for nearly 16 years, but my experience at the 789 Mission location on 2/14 was unacceptable. While the pharmacist, Theresa, was wonderful and professional, the cashier, Gabrielle, was incredibly rude and dismissive. She rolled her eyes and sighed throughout our interaction simply because I had questions about my prescription. Worse, I witnessed her being impatient and making snide remarks to two elderly customers when she serviced them as well. As someone in customer service management, I find this behavior appalling. People coming to a pharmacy deserve basic respect and patience. I hope management addresses Gabrielle’s conduct, as she is currently a major liability to this store’s reputation.
Apoorva Rastogi 3 months agoThis CVS would rather have two people spend 10 minutes explaining that they want their lunch break than 2 minutes grabbing a life-saving inhaler (which was ready for pickup) for a customer. They also hold your prescriptions hostage for 24 hours, so good luck if you need something urgent. Worst pharmacy experience, and the final reason for why I am transferring all prescriptions away from CVS in the future.
Katherine Fan 3 months agoThe pharmacist Albert was the worst. I can’t imaging if anyone is going through any urgent requests for pharmacy how they could possibly get their medical on time. If there has been any time I’ve felt less valued as a person and at the mercy of someone who won’t even try to reassure you or help you, this really was it. I tried to add my medical insurance and was told that my insurance was not found. I was given a generic help line to call, when I did, my insurance assured me that I was covered and that the pharmacist needed to call for me to connect with their pharmacy. When I told Albert this, he said he’d call when he could. Maybe he’d have time in the next few hours. I arrived at 4:30. Their pharmacy closes at 7. I refuse to believe that there was no way he could just call to confirm for me in the next few hours. I’m standing here now at the pharmacy as the only customer. My prescription is ready to pick up. I just saw him right now talking to friends right outside the pharmacy. I just went back to the desk and was helped instead by Theresa who quickly saw the problem was that it was for 2 months filled and helped me fix it within 5 min. Without any extra calls. I know it’s easy to just be a jerk to everyone. I’m really thankful this pharmacy has one person who makes it seem like pharmacists care whether or not people get their medications on time. Thank you to Theresa, but I’ll never visit this pharmacy for meds I need on time again.
