I never leave reviews but these employees were SO RUDE. I asked the price of the dog food and was told "the prices are posted there why don't you read them" (they weren't correct) the one incorrectly priced $25 was actually $9 so I read the ingredients and sure enough corn was the first so I asked for a different one and he responded that he was too busy and had too much to do to continue helping me but he ended up switching them out and although he had sooo much to do insisted on walking it up to the front and scanning it for me. Now I have a cvs account but don't know my phone number I usually scan the app but after being treated so rudely I just wanted to pay and get out of there. But he wouldnt let me! He kept repeating "you don't have a cvs number? What's your number? No I'm just trying to save you money.' etc and I explained I didn't want to take the time to download the app, sign into it, etc (I don't shop at cvs enough to update my phone number, I'll log into the app thru my email and scan a barcode if I want to use coupons) at this point there are three employees surrounding me parroting each other about the phone number I don't have meanwhile my poor dog is freaking out because she's shy and they wouldnt respect my request to give her space and there's another customer trying to get attention they're completely ignoring... I'm sure it would have been comical to an observer but it was a nightmare. Not sure how this cvs is still in business. All I can say is do not go here the employees are psychotic and everything is locked up so you have no choice but to talk to them.

i meant to give Raymond who works here five stars a very long time ago but it seems i didnt. Today he again, went over and above. Super hard worker, listens and problem solves smoothly, I have seen him mediate between customers during super stressful holiday seasons, etc. I hope he is properly appreciated and recognized at CVS. Thanks Raymond you are a rockstar!

I had a bad experience at this CVS. The cashier, Raymond makes me feel very upset because his attitude is very bad. I will never come back to this CVS again. If the rating has zero stars I will have zero to this CVS.

CVS was having a promotion on the extra care program. Raymond was very helpful, explaining that not only would the program pay for itself in just 2.5 months, but I would receive a coupon for $10 every month the rest of the year. One thing I dislike about shopping at places like cvs and target in SF now is how so many things are locked behind cases. I understand the reason though. At least at this CVS, I usually get assistance pretty quickly and the team member is usually patient while I make sure the product is what I want. Regarding parking, I usually find street parking nearby

The staff member worked like a bee helping several customers at once (some on self checkout, others asking for cases to be unlocked, yet others like me, first time users of the app). He was extremely helpful, but I’d say you definitely need to hire more staff!
