Really helpful and kind staff. Pharmacist Dr. Tran and tech Astro were both helpful even when I had an annoying request to refund and switch my insurance (seemed like a tedious process for them to fix but they didn’t show it). Also relatively quick to answer the phone compared to other CVS. This kind of treatment makes everyone’s day better.

The pharmacist, Tran Luu, and Kyi O need huge raises. This team was kind, knowledgeable, generous, and professional. The whole pharmacy team is raising the bar for CVS in general.

Always love the CVS! Such a great staff and while this pharmacy line can sometimes be long, it moves quite quickly, and the staff is very helpful.

Garbage robot phone system. You literally cannot speak to anyone on site anymore and the robot is so slow. The app is more equipped to help you than the automated service. I needed to speak to someone quickly about a prescription but that is now impossible after wanting to bang my head against a wall trying to get ahold of someone. I’m going to switch to a different pharmacy company because of this.

It's so nice to have a reliable pharmacy so close to me. The staff are very efficient. I won't say they're not friendly, but they are very busy and don't have a lot of time between customers to socialize. It's a small pharmacy and they're always busy. But they reach out and call me and text me every time my meds are in and time for pickup.
