I called CVS ahead of time specifically to confirm I could return my item before making the trip, and no one mentioned there was a size limit on returns. I wasted my time driving over only to be turned away once I arrived. If there’s a policy like this, staff should be informing customers when asked directly, not leaving them to find out the hard way at the register. Pretty frustrating experience, and it could’ve been avoided with one extra sentence on the phone.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY! This was my first and last time I’ll get a prescription filled here. The receptionist rang up my prescription and repeatedly asked if I had insurance to which I replied YES. When the total came out to almost $200 for nasal spray, antibiotics, and a cough suppressant, I knew something was wrong. I said well the only one I have to have is the antibiotics but can I ask why it is so expensive and she replied well we don’t have your insurance on file (which they did not ask for nor did they tell me). I said here is my insurance information and I processed to give the pharmacist my insurance information. The pharmacist was very cold and rude and acted as though this was not her job. Finally I go to check out and it was only $7 and they hand me only one prescription. I asked what about the other prescriptions and the pharmacist yelled from behind “I thought you only really needed the antibiotics. I would have to rebill the rest and I don’t even know if they are covered by insurance. You’ll have to come back if you want the rest”. So in summary they tried to charge me full price for medication because they were too lazy to enter in my insurance information and even when they had my insurance information they would not apply it to all of the medications I was there to pick up. I felt bad for the receptionist. The women pharmacist is the absolute worst!

I stood in line at 129p and was told ‘sorry we’re closed’ for a 130p break. You need to figure out how to rotate people’s breaks so pharmacy doesn’t have to close. I don’t have the ability to wait for them to reopen. Waste of my time.

My husband went to the pharmacy at 377 32nd Ave and at that time both my hydrochlorothiazide and my cyclosporine were there. I went later on that afternoon and found only my hydrochlorothiazide was ready. Even the clerk who has help my husband check earlier was confused but she told me she can still put it through if I wouldn't mind waiting. I said ok, went next door to andronicos and went back to CVS 15 minutes later. By then there was a line of 6 people deep but I stood in line anyway. 15minutes later I was helped by another person and she had to look for my prescription. She wouldn't ask the original girl that had helped me earlier. She said "I don't need to ask her" and finally found my prescription. I asked her why hasn't my name called when it was ready and she gave me some lame excuse. I am tempted to transfer all my prescriptions to Walgreens at point lobos. At least they have the same workers in their pharmacy unlike CVS at 32nd Ave.

Kelly is an excellent store associate who makes life so much easier. She promptly assisted me with my passport photos. I truly admire her professionalism and positive attitude. Keep it up, Kelly!
