This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff did not seem concerned about how customers were being treated. It appeared that lunch schedules were prioritized over assisting customers in a timely and respectful manner. The pharmacy personnel would benefit from further training in customer service and professionalism. Patients deserve to feel valued and taken care of.

Staff mumbles inaudibly, zero communication skills. Wasted my entire morning where they took 40 minutes to repackage 3 boxes into 1. I used to dream of being a pharmacist in college, watching this crew work made me grateful I dodged that bullet.

The CVS pharmacy is upstairs, it’s right by the escalator. They have the latest vaccines. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and they helped me pretty much right away. But don’t wait in line at the pick up window. Wait in line at the first window “consultations”.

On June 15—Father’s Day—I visited the CVS Pharmacy inside Target on Mission to find medicine for my diabetic husband, who was suffering from a severe cough. With the pharmacist Albert Fang’s expert assistance, I was able to select a sugar-free cough medication that effectively helped him clear his chest and breathe more comfortably. Despite being the only pharmacy staff member on duty that afternoon—handling the responsibilities of both pharmacist and technician—he remained calm, patient, and thoroughly professional. He took the time to provide clear and thoughtful instructions, even amidst a busy environment. His dedication and compassion made a significant difference on what was an already emotional day for our family. Thanks to his help, my husband was able to find some relief and enjoy Father's Day with us. I’m deeply grateful and wanted to make sure his outstanding service is recognized.

Patient privacy violations. They have a camera with a screen that people behind you can see that shows the pharmacy computer.
