Pharmacy has performed at a substandard level for years, regardless of the appointed pharmacist. The entire store in understaffed. More despicable is the ongoing undercurrent of apathy and nominal effort of the store’s leadership. No amount of negative feedback has prompted improvements. I suspect nothing will change. Update 5/8/2026. This time the pharmacy failed to send order for delivery as promised. Nearly 30 minute wait. Poorly managed. As usual.

Pharmacy workers are unhelpful, and are not nice people. If you try to get in line at 4:45pm they will not take you even though they close at 5:00pm. If you’re reading this you should absolutely avoid this place and choose another location. In fact, take your business elsewhere

Seeing so many locked up items makes a person feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I realize shoplifting is a problem, but there has to be another way.

Pharmacy line was long, only one person working back there. Took a solid 15 minutes just to get to the counter. Store was decently organized but some shelves looked picked over

Lines are unreasonably long, with only a single pharmacist serving all customers, despite having three pharmacy windows. Expect long waits and indifferent service. Make appointments for vaccinations, or bring a good book to read while waiting. Not so much a pharmacy as a pill dispensary.
