I had an absolutely terrible experience with this pharmacy. The lack of urgency and concern from both the pharmacy technicians and the pharmacist was appalling. As someone who also works in a pharmacy, I was shocked to be treated this way. After leaving the hospital specifically to pick up my prescriptions, I was initially told that they hadn't received them. Minutes later, they found the prescriptions, only to make me wait over an hour. To add insult to injury, after driving all the way there, they informed me that some medications were out of stock—something they could have easily checked beforehand. The entire process was a complete waste of time, and frankly, no one deserves to be treated like that. Whoever has been working the night shift since Wednesday of this week needs to have a serious talk with management. They need to reevaluate their employment because it's clear they're only there to get paid, not because they genuinely want to help people and do their job. This goes for both the pharmacist and the pharmacy technicians. I WANT TO SPEAK WITH THE PHARMACY MANAGER

I Love this Store Total Satisfaction Awesome Pharmacy Pharmacist Staff Teams Awesome Service and Awesome Store I've been going here about 7 years my favorite store in Phoenix Arizona Always good Service and they do their best to Satisfy their Customers at all Times!!

I've been going here for about 2 years. I can usually add money to my Cash App card @ anytime during open hours. Over the last 2 months they have placed a paper sign @ the front registers saying they only take Cash App deposits from 10am - 4pm. Why has this changed? Inquires with the store directly gives me no updated knowledge/information on this change.

I know what my prescription refill instructions are, the pharmacist knows what my prescription refill instructions are, but they're written in the wrong place and the pharmacist doesn't want to fix that (if that isn't their job, literally what is?), so I guess I'll just miss my meds indefinitely. Thanks, CVS Pharmacy, for yet another wonderful experience.

CVS has the best pharmacists go out of there way when you have a issue with insurance company to. Been going to CVS since 1998 and never had a problem. Won't name pharmacy that gave me the wrong medicine that almost killed me CVS pharmacy remembers what your taking and knows if you get a medicine that will interact with your current medication without looking up your profile. Highly recommend.
