So I call this place to transfer some meds over to this location from another cvs in Tempe and a lady tries to fight me saying they can't transfer them cause they're controlled. Me knowing I have been able to for years and having worked with HIPPA law as a benefits specialist for employee's in a remote job in the past knew this wasn't true in my case. After she said that, I brought up HIPPA law and that must've scared her a bit, she put me on hold for a bit and got back on the phone and said she was able to transfer them to this cvs. Whoever was on the phone with me obviously needs more training and I implore others to do their research in case something like this happens if if they try to deny you your medication in sneaky ways.

1st time ever going to a CVS. Will never go back there. Because of my physical disability I needed to be checked out at the register not self checkout and the cashier was mean, rude and made me never want to go back. My app wasn't letting me use coupons which I had planned on using multiples. Also the rewards I had missed out on. She even answered her cellphone during our sale and took the call as I was barely able to stand there in the first place as I had let her know I usually needed a wheelchair but was learning to walk again. She did not help me accessibility at all...infact made it harder by having me park my cart by photos when I had to go outside and re download the app and while I was shopping I needed to sit desperately she had told me there was seating in this one area that was blocked off and visibly had no chairs. She had pointed out the pharmacy had chairs (it was a farther walk then the chairs I discovered after I was already checking out located in photo). She told me the next time I come she's not helping me with nothing. I was nothing but nice thanking her (for no reason hoping she'd she would be nicer but wasn't) and very passive. I left in tears. I wanted to switch to CVS pharmacy, be a regular shopper, print off a poster, exchange a item and use a reward I have but will not be treated so bad like this again. Honestly she shouldn't have a job after the way she treated me and she's lucky I didn't treat her with the same disrespect she treated me with.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the pharmacy thanks to Pharmacy Technician Gabby and Pharmacist Sarah. From the moment I arrived, Gabby greeted me with a warm, welcoming attitude and handled my questions with patience, clarity, and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about my prescription and even helped expedite the process during a busy time. Pharmacist Sarah was equally impressive as she knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. She took the time to review my medications, answered all of my concerns without making me feel rushed, and provided clear guidance that gave me complete confidence in my treatment plan. Both Gabby and Sarah demonstrated what true customer service should look like: attentive, caring, and efficient. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely treats patients with such compassion and respect. I left feeling informed, cared for, and very grateful. Highly recommend this pharmacy team as they’re a model of excellence in healthcare service!

Great selection. Clean and neat store. Has a Minute Clinic and HUB. Fast service in the Pharmacy and shelves are fully stocked.

The pharmacy manager Sarah was accommodating. My doctor was supposed to send my medication over to this pharmacy but for some reason, it wasn't sending so the pharmacy manager Sarah personally was able to call the doctor and get the medication I needed. There were other minor problems but Sarah did her best to solve each and every single one of them. She was kind and VERY helpful! Sarah, you rock and God bless you!
