For years the same staff was there and knew me, greeted me by name. Lately, you never see the same face twice (pharmacy is slightly better). Not to mention that there are very few products left in the store that don't require an employee to unlock a case to retrieve. The corner CVS was supposed to offer convenience, but not anymore. Better off ordering on Amazon. You'll save money, and it's only a slightly slower shopping experience.

Absolutely unacceptable service from the pharmacy manager, Susan, at the CVS on 24th and Thomas. Yes, my medication being out of stock isn’t anyone’s fault—but the complete lack of help and incorrect information is. I was told earlier in the day that another location (Central & McDowell) had my prescription in stock. I even confirmed it again later and was told it would be ready after 7pm. That was completely wrong. To make matters worse, the CVS app showed that I was eligible to pick up my prescription, so I had no idea I was even a day early. That misinformation only added to the confusion. When I asked Susan to simply verify which location actually had it in stock so I could have my doctor send the prescription there (which is required since it’s a controlled substance), she dismissed me and told me it was “too early” to fill. I already KNOW that. That wasn’t the issue. Instead of helping, she gave excuses and zero solutions. I’ve been filling the exact same prescriptions here every month for years, and EVERY SINGLE MONTH there is some kind of issue. At this point, it’s clearly a failure in management, communication, and training. I’m disabled and in a wheelchair and driving is not easy for me—I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to another pharmacy because this location can’t get it together. CVS, do better. This location has a serious customer service problem, and management is failing.

I went to pick up some prescriptions on a Wednesday and was going to get something to eat, but noticed I didn't have enough money at the time, so after getting my prescriptions, I left but still had a intuitive sense like someone was thinking negatively about me. Then a couple days later on Friday, I went back to CVS at this location to get makeup and other things, but some karen with grey wavy hair and glasses tried to falsely accuse me of stealing and putting a stolen merchandise in the dog carrier I keep my dog in and nothing else! I tried to explain my dog would get uncomfortable if i put anything in the carrier with him and that I would never ever risk going to prison from petty theft, but of course rude karen was interrupting me asking "do i need to call a officer?" and "I don't want you back to this store!" and she was being totally unreasonable and wasn't even trying to hear me out. She was just being inconsiderate and going based off false accusations. It ruined my shopping and made me forget the things I was trying to BUY, NOT STEAL all because she assumed I stole something from the store she acts like is hers!

Just when I thought CVS couldn't get worse. I try to call the store and ALL I get is the AI and refuses to transfer me to a human in the pharmacy. Instead it disconnects the line or sends you to voicemail.......TRASH.

I love their cashier's. The area is a little sketchy. The pharmacy is usually great and quick. Everybody who's worked at this location has been there for at least 3 years and I have wonderful customer service.
