They tell you a prescription will be ready the same day, then quietly push it to another day in the app. No explanation until you chase them down—then suddenly it’s “insurance needs to be verified,” which should’ve been handled from the start. When they finally call, it’s just “the pharmacy” with no identification. Calls often end as soon as they begin. They don’t consistently confirm your identity, and it feels like they’re frustrated just doing their job. Disorganized, inconsistent, and frustrating.

to the big guy with the hair do at pharmacy was being so rude to me and my boyfriend we were were just trying to get our meds and was just being straight up rude we’re at the hospital again because he wouldn’t let us get our meds. he looks like a basic discord mod. We asked to pay cash and just denied us. Wouldn’t recommend going he’s just plain straight up rude and i’m seeing more reviews on the pharmacist as well having nasty attitudes. HR or Store owner of CVS please have a talk with them thank you.

Horrible store, zero customer service. I went trying to add money to my Cash App account and with a ton of attitude, the cashier stated “don’t you know that Cash App doesn’t allow deposits after 4pm” and I said no, then she followed that up with “it’s in this freaking sign” she grabbed it and slammed it against the register. So I asked if I could please speak to the manager, so she comes out of her office all tweaked. Her lower jaw is going everywhere and she scratching all over the place, so I asked her why the time frame and she says “because we don’t want a gun pointed to our head” so then I proceeded with letting her know about what her rep said and she said “ok, then. What would you like for to do” I said well maybe you can coach so that she’s doesn’t speak to customers like that and she said “ ok, is that it?” I was like yes and she turned around and walked inside her office again. The managers name was Cindy and this happened around 9pm I would stay away from this CVS at all cost!

Save your breath, Corporate Bot. I already know you’re "working to ensure posted hours reflect actual operations." Spoiler: You aren't. This location is a masterclass in gaslighting—the website says open, Google says open, the sign says open, but the lights are off and the doors are locked. Is it a pharmacy or a social experiment to see how many frustrated people you can lure into the parking lot after 9 PM? Unless you enjoy being stood up by a drugstore, steer clear. This is easily the most unreliable CVS in the state. It’s the only store in Arizona where the employees seem to treat the closing time as a "suggestion" rather than a schedule. Update the sign or hire people who own clocks. It’s not that deep.

My family comes here faithfully and purchase items here being a cvs loyal customer I will no longer come here The lady we always get is a short white lady with glasses which is always rude to us being the fact that we're the only black faces I really dont know but she has a problem with us when we always checkout just rolling here eyes so we will no longer come here I shouldn't have to feel less when walking out of a store when I came in happy. This location is horrible no longer coming here so you won't see out black faces anymore 😔 Highly Disappointed!
