The service is always amazing here, I love the staff who are miracle workers despite being overworked and underpaid. I don't understand why this corporation acts like it doesn't have the money to avoid stores being run down into disrepair. The front door is broken and requires extremely significant force to open even from able bodied adults. It's already difficult enough to access the pharmacy with all the store closures taking place locally while CVS is basically a monopoly. This really does just add insult to injury.

All my shopping and medications are all done through their app. I love it. Always use coupons and great savings all around. My goto app when I need things quick and convenient.

The store apps and systems and text messages doesnt work if communication is needed between the patient and pharmacist and the CVS corp. Has removed the phone number to call in. Total bs.

A woman named Trinity helped me resolve an issue with my doctor's office. She was great, and I just had to tell CVS and the world, LOL!

Got out of the hospital. Need an antibiotic that was a called in. They started to process it and the pharmacist got sick so they close and for two days I can’t get the prescription Another cvs can’t take it because it’s “in process”. So I go without a very important antibiotic for three treatments. I finally get to the start of a seven person line and they ask me which prescription of three was most important Really? And I say the antibiotic so they say give us a half hour and then get back in line which is now 10 people. Crazy way to run any business
