February 24th, 2026 I arrived to pickup my prescription and attempted to go inside, only to see that it was closed from the inside of the store. I proceeded to enter the drive-thru line at 7:52 pm with multiple cars in front of me. I arrived at the window at 8:01 pm, and the pharmacy tech rolled the security window down and stated they were closed. I explained that I was in line before they closed, he said it doesn't matter. I asked for the manager. The Pharmacist Nicole entered the window and was visibly bothered as I explained to her that I was in the line before the stated closing time, and she quickly interrupted me to say "It doesn't matter if you were in line at 9pm, it's not 8pm so we are closed and our registers are shut down. I said, he lowered the window once I approached the window, she repeated the same sentence twice. I left the pharmacy. This was a continuation of the poor customer service that she provided to me over the phone, an hour prior to my arrival. She is providing poor leadership at this location and it is evident by the customer service responses offered by her staff. She has set a tone of disrespect, impatience, and a sheer lack of care and it's unfortunate. After three attempts, and a really positive experience with the Pharmacist Ron; I was able to pick up my prescription. Nicole is a poor representation of CVS in her current role and her attitude and demeanor will drive customers away.

This CVS has gone from what I would have rated as a one-star pharmacy to a five-star pharmacy, largely because of one exceptional pharmacist: Nicole. Living with a chronic illness means I deal with frequent challenges involving prescriptions, insurance approvals, physician communication, medication availability, and delivery issues. Whenever a problem arises and Nicole is working, she immediately steps in with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help. Rather than treating problems as obstacles, she treats them as challenges to solve, and she consistently finds solutions. Nicole is knowledgeable, compassionate, and incredibly hardworking. She has caught medication concerns and potential interactions that even my physicians had overlooked. Her attention to detail and commitment to patient safety give me tremendous confidence in my care. What stands out most is how she treats people. Despite serving countless customers, she remembers who I am, asks how I’m doing, and always makes me feel valued. When one of the pharmacy staff members needs assistance, Nicole comes right over and immediately goes into “How can I help?” mode. Chronic illness can make a person’s world feel very small. Simple acts of kindness and competence make a tremendous difference, and Nicole provides both every single time. I also want to recognize the pharmacy staff who work alongside her. They are consistently kind, professional, and helpful. Together they have transformed this pharmacy into an outstanding location. CVS is fortunate to have Nicole on its team. Her professionalism, compassion, can-do attitude, and dedication to her patients deserve recognition.

I stopped in tonight (6/3) and the woman working behind the front desk was one of the sweetest people I’ve met in a long time. Beautiful soul. Genuinely kind. Made my whole week. Thank you.

I use them for my pharmacy needs and they are always great and professional. They also helped me out when I got in a jam and it was a huge help. Also grab all my snacks and candy since the prices are always awesome. It's right up the block from me too so it's convenient as well.

would live to give a 0 rating if possible. Waited over 1 hour to pick up a prescription in the drive thru. Was told, by the pharmacist, the drive thru is only for people who are disabled and not able to come into the store. informed the pharmacist I was trying it out for my mother who is disabled. When I mentioned about going back to Walgreens, she said "that would be great". She said I didn't need to wait in line, I could drive out any time. I informed her there is a curb along the car line, there is only one area to drive around but have to be the 3rd car back to get to a spot to do so.
