This location I've been going to since August, this is my pharmacy choice so there's one gal at the pharmacy who is rude just rude every time I personally don't understand why she even works there since she lacks customer service, there is one lady who is absolutely phenomenal she's helpful she's friendly she's pleasant, I believe he is like the main pharmacist African American gentleman who is incredible helpful, respectful, very understanding, everyone else who works at the pharmacy has been completely amazing it's just that one lady which is unfortunate. This location the storage clean the staff is friendly I always shop around when I come to the store and I'm able to find really good deals. I'm still giving a five star because overall the customer service the cleansing us the helpfulness makes up for that one gal being unprofessional unpleasant disrespectful and much more.

The stores location creates difficulty for the staff, there’s many homeless asking for money combing the cars the store also sits close to a blood bank which creates further safety problems… if your a regular customer and you don’t represent a problem staff is very helpful… the pharmacist is great with when asking questions

I used to call in to get my refills And had to type in my RX number, Now they don't do that anymore 😭 I have to try and get through to a stupid machine that talks,! Very disappointed, It's 1/15/2026. I'm having a hard time with the new way of refilling my perception, Typing in my perception number was SO Much easier & better!!!

Pharmacy service is horrible. I went to drop off a prescription and the lady at the window had zero customer service skills. They should check if they have the medication before wasting people’s time. Also, there are a lot of drug users outside just lurking around. 😒

The CVS store at 19th Ave and Indian School has seen better days that is for sure, but the emplouees there are very helpful, and have a great outlook jYou as the shopper if you see something tell them to put it back, you are ultimately the one that is going to suffer misfortune when they close the store becuase the thefts are outweighing the benefits. Oh BTW say hi to REDD when you walk in
