Went in to store and product was supposed to be on aisle 30 but there is no aisle 30. Cashier didn't know and suggested I go back in to the store and ask someone else working back there. Found a young woman standing with a cart and she just stared at her phone ignoring me. Eventually, I asked if she worked there and got a one word answer of yes and back to the phone. I showed her on my phone what I was looking for and she said "Aisle 8" and back to her phone. I looked and couldn't find it and went back to ask agin. New annoyed answer was "Aisle 8 or 7." Not there either. Just for fun I went back again and asked her if she even knew what I was looking for. She started walking towards front of store and said "Wouldn't it be funny if I found it before you"? She walked down aisle 4, smugly gestured to what I was looking for, and then walked out the front door - maybe on a break from doing nothing? If you have employees like that, please make sure the product info online is accurate.

This is your spot if you care for poor customer service from Pat the store manager and the entire pharmacy department. Please do yourself a favor and STOP providing CVS with your business. Find a local family pharmacy and rid yourself of the nightmare that is CVS. If you need more convincing go have an interaction with Pat the store manager and that will seal the deal....

Pharmacy is great. Very efficient and great customer service. I don’t recommend going in this store. Not enough workers. I waited for over 7 minutes at the self checkout for assistance because the machine wouldn’t accept coupons I had just gotten from the pharmacy. No one ever came to help. They only had 1 employee working the store and she was on the phone. Plus there are always homeless people begging out front.

Do we really need the old lady in the front yelling across the store? 0 professional attitude there. I could hear her shouting “I’m done, I’m done done done” from the other end of the store. What happened to business standards?

I get discounts from here all the time being a CVS card member so I always am getting discounts like 40% off my entire purchase and $4.00 off my entire purchase and you can use all the coupons for 1 purchase which is really great because most stores don't allow the so your better off becoming a CVS card member to get discounts off your purchases and you will save a good bit and it's the main reason that I shop at CVS it is well worth it in the long run I promise you.
