The enshittification continues with their pharmacy forcing you through an AI phone tree that loops and loops and loops while you run out of your medications. Forget trying to contact the front of store for a simple transfer to a real human person either!! They don't employ enough people to offer timely service, decent customer relations, or anything approximating their former reputation. Quit with the robots and pay REAL PEOPLE so we can get our meds.

The cashier was extremely busy because the customers were asking for help throughout the store. Nevertheless, he was not only efficient but very courteous to everyone of us. I had stopped at the register just to ask how to scan my barcode from the CVS app to self check out. Although he had to go elsewhere in the store to help the previous customer, he immediately returned and showed me how to perform the scan. A shout out to him for his friendliness, courteousness, and great customer service.

easy pick up, friendly to delivery drivers. I just had to get a few things for my doordash customers. I needed the employees assistance to get the similac from behind the counter. she was busy stocking an aisle but stopped immediately when she noticed me and asked if I needed assistance. she got the similac for me, made sure it was the right size for my customer and then went back to stocking. I appreciate her efficiency and friendliness.

I regularly shop at this CVS because it’s the closest location to me. During my recent visit, I waited an extended time for a cashier named Christie, who was assisting in photo. She repeatedly told those of us waiting that she would come help us. After finishing and once I had already waited about five minutes, she came over only to direct me to self-checkout. I explained that I do not use self-checkout. She responded that this is how CVS operates now and said she would check me out at self-checkout so I would know how to use it next time. As a paying customer, I should not be pressured to ring up my own purchase when an employee is available and already stated they would assist. This was poor customer service, and I will be choosing to shop elsewhere.

We waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru for 2 or 3 cars to take forever for service. That's not a big deal, but when it was our turn at exactly 1:30p the pharmacy tech made eyecontact as they shut the shudders and played an automated lunch message
