I would like to suggest adding a barcode to each receipt within the app. Currently, returning items using the in-app receipt is very challenging. I’m unsure why receipts are available in the app if they cannot be easily used for returns. Adding a scannable barcode would greatly improve the customer experience. It is not the staff fault, so far, no complaints. Everyone is very helpful and good attitude. Thank you for considering this feedback.

Their phone chat bot cannot understand me when I speak and will not allow me to use number presses. It sits there repeatedly telling me "sorry, I didn't get that" until it just hangs up on me. Guess I'll drive farther to a different location that actually lets me call in and forwards me to a person instead of hanging up when it can't understand me on the very first question.

Shame on you!! In line in drive thru for 10 minutes starting at 1:20pm, because you closed for lunch and took 1 customer in the 9 minutes I waited you closed the window at 1:29pm!! Unbelievable!! Moving our services to another pharmacy!! Took me 2 min. To write your damn review!

This pharmacy is awful. I used it as my regular pharmacy as its close to my house. I won't be back. There is a pattern of consistent misinformation. Went there 3x once to be given the runaround that they dont even have the medication in stock ( pretty basic medicine too). Another time I came in to pick up a script and the disorganization i witnessed behind the counter was ridiculously embarrassing. There was lots of scrambling and mismatched scripts. One lady working there left a script unattended at the counter! Yea, go to another cvs please 🙏🏿

I believe the team member’s name was Robert (a manager). He was courteous and professional. There was a very irate, irrational customer in the store at the time I was there. Robert handled the situation perfectly, offering the customer assistance even though it was her personal situation, nothing to do with CVS. I commend Robert for my shopping experience at CVS and his actions with the irate customer.
