Lauri P. 3 weeks agoRude AND dropped the ball (pharmacy) Update: This 2 star update is specifically for the pharmacy. I came here to inquire about a medication that I need and usually it's been filled by now. I couldn't wait any longer as I needed it the next day and I was becoming anxious. I came in around noon on a 6/10/26 and spoke to a female pharmacy tech with glasses and long, straight, brown hair working the register (I did not get her name, unfortunately, but she was the only one with that description). Not only was she very rude and dismissive, but she also really dropped the ball. While I was there, she told me that there was a shipping issue but that she would have the med transferred to the CVS at another location nearby and they have it in stock and should be available "20 minutes after they receive the request". I waited and waited but my notification on my app said that it was available at this location after 7pm. So I came back after 7pm... And no medicine... It's not even at the location she promised me that she would transfer it to. Apparently they hadn't even received it. WTH. The male tech managed to get it to the other store but the catch was that the other pharmacy was closing in less than 15 minutes and I wouldn't have enough time to get there. When it comes to your patients' medicine, being on anxious pins and needles is not a good thing. Do better. It wouldn't have been as bad if the tech I dealt with who dropped the ball would have had some modicum of customer service skills. Please remember that getting a medication on time, especially a medicine that is needed for a person to function healthily, is anxiety-producing enough than having to deal with a rude and dismissive attitude on top of it* The other downside to this location is that they do not have a drive thru. The store: has a decent variety of products and an impressive variety of high end brands, however if you're looking for a good selection of greeting cards, you may want to go next door to Safeway instead.
Three Sisters 6 months agoThe pharmacy staff are wonderful. However, the female pharmacist (brownish long hair, likely in her late 50s or 60s) is rude. She never smiles and I always feel like she’s interrogating me during a consultation. I understand being a pharmacist can be a very stressful profession, but interrogating clients for no valid reason is not only unnecessary, it’s unkind. If I were to base this review strictly off the rest of the team, I would have left 5 stars.
John Nail 6 months agoArrived about 10min late for a Minute Clinic appointment made earlier in the week. As soon as I arrived, the Doc on-site said the appointments are automatically canceled at the 10min mark. When I asked,"could I switch to walk-in?" She immediately said "no", and that I'd have to go online, and reschdule. I said, "there's no one else here, and no one waiting". She said, "it's by appointment only, and I'd be cutting into someone else's time". Clearly the office wasn't busy, she was on her smartphone, when i interrupted her, and had 20mins left of my original appointment. She obviously didnt care. So, I said, "thanks" and walked out. Garbage customer service from the Minute clinic professional on-staff, and who was not friendly at all, or accommodating at all. Terrible experience. Corporations like CVS who go 100% digital, and maximize profits over consumers (BTW we are called customers), typically have poorer and poorer service standards that really don't benefit their clients and the best interest of the consumer, or customer.
Enny O 3 weeks agoVery very rude staff. They love being actors pretending to do their job. All they want to do is waste your time and insult you. That makes THEM feel good.
Danielle Dukes 4 months agoNew update: Gio is gone. Bad experiences since. I’m switching location 100%. The staff at the pharmacy are always rude with attitude and low affect. I get it, the job is tough. But what happened to customer service? I asked for an extra syringe for an oral medication for a baby in effort to be a little more sanitary. I’d prefer a new one for each day given we are treating strep and dipping into the same container twice a day, but I’m not that demanding. I was kind in asking and I was treated with a sigh. No words after that, no have a good day- just sigh, handed me the syringe, and no more interaction. I come here to treat my sick children whether autoimmune disease or illness, and every time there is some sort of hassle, inconvenience or attitude, and I am always kind and understanding. I would leave CVS all together of I didn’t have Caremark. Prior Update: I came here to update my review and increase 2 stars. Gio is an outstanding example of how to treat those coming to the pharmacy in order to gain access to ongoing treatment. I have a daughter with a chronic disease that requires access to specific medications to sustain life. Sometimes the pharmacy doesn’t get the billing right or the prescribing physician doesn’t get the prescription right. Sometimes I just can’t afford everything at once, and things have to go back on the shelf. Gio is the ONLY individual that has shown empathy and compassion. He takes the time to make things right and truly cares. I know the job is not easy, but he is a prime example of how patients should be treated. Thank you Gio. You are appreciated. I’ve had several poor experiences at this pharmacy. The employees are often times rude and don’t care to help. There are a couple good ones, but I have left feeling helpless and disregarded on multiple occasions.
