Mercy Mahaga was my nurse practitioner, and honestly, it was a terrible experience. While I was explaining why I was there, she interrupted me in the middle of talking to ask for my insurance card and driver’s license. I felt like she wasn’t listening at all. She also did a strep test without really asking or explaining it first. When it came back negative, she basically just said, “Yeah, it’s not strep, we can’t do anything else, goodbye.” That was it. No real discussion, no trying to understand my symptoms, and no effort to help. Her attitude was very rude and dismissive the whole time. I left feeling frustrated, especially after being charged hundreds of dollars for a visit where I barely got any care or answers. I was also surprised that she wasn’t wearing gloves or a mask during the exam. Overall, I did not feel cared for or properly evaluated at all. Definitely one of the worst clinic experiences I’ve had. I won’t be going back to MinuteClinic.

YES. Recommend this to everyone. Was able to schedule same day appointment. No waiting time. Practitioner (Dr. Mahaga) was hilarious, kind, and made me feel comfortable. Anyone who complains about her must not have a sense of humor because she's the best! I told her I thought I had strep, she tested me immediately and didn't waste my time testing for other things first. The actual test was so quick and simple. I tested positive and was out of there with antibiotics in hand under an hour. Very affordable as well. They are upfront with their prices. This is a much better option than urgent care for a lot of sicknesses and testing needs. Hope not to be back, but if I have to be, this is where I will go!

Went there to get some earwax cleaned out because I couldn’t hear from one ear. Said they couldn’t clean it because of blood pressure. So didn’t even treat me and still charged me. These people are scam artists.

Dr. Regina Annor was amazing and so helpful in getting my DOT exam Completed. The only reason why it's not a 10 is because of v the cost of the return visit.

I had an appointment first thing in the morning, got checked in and taken into the room very quickly. All of the staff was super kind, straight to the point, and timely, including the pharmacy. Only thing I would improve would be getting this location more staff. When I left there was already five more people waiting and there was only one doctor. The doctor also expressed that she was filling in since someone has called off. It is not fair to either the staff or the patients. Hoping they can find more people to help this location out soon.
