I went to pick up a prescription for some estrogen patches today. They were sent to this pharmacy because my usual pharmacy was out of these. There had been some confusion about whether the script had been written correctly and I had been told to ask the doc to write it for 1 x a week vs 2. Apparently one of these was sent to the Fox point pharmacy and one was sent to the Whitefish Bay one. No big deal, except that when I went to pick up the refill today, the pharmacist was a complete jerk. He told me to make up my mind about which script I wanted and that I shouldn’t have picked up both. I did try to explain that I hadn’t tried to do that but the twice a week dose is the correct dose and I was told by the pharmacy to tell my doc the insurance doesn’t pay for it. It was a mix up caused by low supply of estrogen ( per the pharmacy) and some confusion created by a pharmacist who said the twice weekly patch was wrong. This guy had no interest in learning the history of that problem and just walked away after rebuking me for “ not making my mind up” about what script I wanted. Which is ridiculous by the way, I don’t write scripts for myself, or have anything to do with what insurance approves or and I certainly don’t fill them. I recommend avoiding the mean Zach Galifianakis looking pharmacist at the Hampton CVS. 😬

My CVS is always clean and everyone is always helpful. I gave no issue with my CVS. They are great. And I go there every year for my Flu and Covid shots. And they know I do not like needles and they are patient with me and make feel very comfortable and not scary at all.

I tried to exchange my over the counter allergies pills and asked the pharmacist is it possible to do so and she told me yes but I have to use the check out ! The girl on the check out handeld as as an return but she didn't know how she can use my unted healthcare card for this return !So che called the manager for help ! The Manager told me i can't return or exchange my allergies pills and they can also not charge back my return on my healthcare card! I was asking her what i can do now because I can't use this kind of allergy pills and she said she had no answer for this and not in an friendly way ! At home I checked the internet and it says I'm able to return my bills 30-60 days with a receipt and yes cvs can use my healthcare card for my return ! Today i had this feeling I'm not very welcome as a customer and I'm thinking about to change my pharmacy!

My neighborhood CVS is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have not had a bad experience yet.

The customer service in here is reprehensible. I’ve seen staff yell at customers because they simply had a long line. I’ve mostly been treated extremely rudely by the checkout employee. everyone is generally very unhelpful, except for the pharmacy staff who is lovely
