The one on 7552 W. Oklahoma West Allis Wisconsin 01/08/2026 Everybody was very helpful and nice it was nice to go through the store and fail to take my time and ask questions and bring the buzzers and they come is handicap accessible handicap parking Pharmacy people are very nice sometimes I get a little busy and they do take a lunch break so they're not open during that time I know we get frustrated we want to just go in there but remember when prescriptions are called in you got to give them at least 2 hours to get a hold of the insurance I had a good visit today with them ⭐

I don’t know her name, but the woman who normally answers the phone might as well be a robot. She only listens to her computer and never what a human is telling her. Literally won’t even comprehend what you’ve told her, only repeats what the screen says. I’ve gone back and forth with her so much over basic math, concerning considering she works with medicine. She has absolutely no empathy either, just tells you “I don’t know what to tell you” while laughing. I’ve tolerated this pharmacy for a while, because the man that works there in the window is genuinely nice, but I can’t with this woman anymore. She has no business working somewhere as essential as medicine.

I currently get my medications from the Froedtert pharmacy. Their service has always been stellar. They got a notification from my insurance that at I had to get my medications from CVS! Froedtert’s observance team w was amazing. They called me and texted me o get all the ducks in a row. Their last text was that I needed to call this CVS because I was not a current patient there. I just did so. I spent over ten minutes in the phone with AI who refused to connect me to the pharmacy! They demanded I leave a message and pharmacy would call me back when they got around to it in over an hour! This is ridiculous! I’m trying to use CVS to get my regular meds, which will make them money and their phone system is set up so that at I want even make that happen!!!

The person named Alice at pharmacy was completely unprofessional and rude. She needs some more customer service training. The guidelines for Covid is to be masked and I was. She practically throw my bag at me because I was inside the store picking up my medicine. If my doctor had said to isolate, I would be and either way it doesn’t give you the right to treat a customer that way plus I was with my young daughter.
