The pharmacist (older gentleman ) is SO rude to me almost every time I go there. He makes these rude comments and then today he threw my bag at me on the counter. I go there all the time for my meds and he is just not meant for customer service. I almost said something to him today but I dont want him to be MORE rude to me next time! absolutely ridiculous. And he’s not the only one, one day I wanted something from a locked area. There were two associates standing next to me talking about personal things. I waited a couple of minutes, just looking at them waiting, and they ignored me. When I finally said something, they looked like I was the worst person ever for interrupting their conversation. Honestly, with the amount of complaints, there is about the associates being rude- you think this would be addressed.

I love CVS. It is were I got to get drinks and snack and candy and toothpaste. I love the staff, and would highly recommend the location on downer specifically. I went there 1 and a half years ago to get some drinks for a party, feel in love. The next day, I was a rewards member. It was totally a free process to becoming a rewards member. You get tons of coupons to get free stuff!

Flawless professionalism from the pharmacist time and time again. He has saved me hundreds of dollars multiple times without me even needing to ask. The best.

This CVS is among the best in Milwaukee. Pharmacist Paul Ford provided outstanding customer service; he was courteous, attentive, and took the time to address my specific needs. On each visit, the staff throughout the store has consistently been helpful. Customers can expect consistent customer care at this location.

CVS is like the most ordinary place that probably most of us have been in at one point or another, it’s like getting gas or going to the grocery. So I typically don’t do reviews for them, but we have been using this one for the past 5 months and I have to say there are some of the kindest people working there. The two guys at the pharmacy have been incredibly helpful and friendly - making it feel like they have been our hometown pharmacists for years. And we’ve had good luck with the counter people as well. The rest of the store is your standard cvs - stocked, clean, easy to locate everything, easy parking in front. Just really appreciate the kindness as it has become a staple store we use pretty frequently.
