I was the only one waiting. No one behind me or before me. The pharmacist couldn’t even greet me and flat out ignored me. I was standing at the pick up counter for 10 mins without her even acknowledging me or telling me she’d be with me in just a moment. If you can pick up your prescription anywhere else try to. They’re always slow and have the worst customer service.

Have been waiting for over 30 mins in a 3 person line. One person working who is on their own moving at a glacial pace WOO came back to update, 50 minute wait for three people line and she spent ~3 minutes just yapping to the lady in front of us about where they buy their glasses online. NO WONDER IT IS A DELAY

If anyone from corporate happens to read this, please get the poor pharmacist some help today on 4/30/26. Having only person who on staff is not working for those who have been waiting in line for over 20 minutes to fill or pick up prescriptions.

Tina terrible service I’m going to have to speak with the manager . Instead of doing your job you’re talking to my husband about things that have nothing to do with me medication! Incorrect medication 💊…. 😡4 hours in line .

Waited a hour in line to fill a prescription. During that hour only 1 person served. I saw at least 5 customers walk away and not get there prescription.
