I made an appointment to get my flu and COVID shots, a couple weeks in advance. I made the time to do so. I check in on my phone about 8 minutes beforehand, and after waiting by the pharmacy for a few minutes a get a text stating ‘you have cancelled your appointment’. No one says anything to me. It’s just cancelled after I’ve already checked in, minutes beforehand. What is the point of making an appointment? And no, I was NOT the one who cancelled it.

The pharmacist Tina was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. We came for a COVID vaccination on a busy Saturday with Tina as the only pharmacist on staff, doing all her other duties in addition to tending to the long line of patients. Still, she was great at checking in on our post-vaccination health, explaining the side effects and process, and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.

They Discriminate against you. They refused to serve me giving me multiple reasons. I was with my husband at the pharmacy and refused to serve me and kept looking at him crazy because how he looks and skin color. Very rude and illegal

Understaffed, always long lines, slow to fill prescriptions, workers always cranky. Horrible pharmacy location

CVS’ new policy of not allowing pharmacy staff to answer the phone (I was told it’s nationwide policy), and requiring callers (even medical providers) to leave a message - for a call back in an hour - is frustrating and unprofessional. I don’t blame this on staff at all. This is a corporate problem. My provider didn’t receive a call back, I didn’t receive a call back, and my medication wasn’t ready. I hope that you get enough feedback quickly and that you change this policy.
