This is unusual but lately I have noticed a change at the pharmacy counter. The pharmacist rarely interacts with me even with new prescriptions. The lines tend to be long. The cashier doesn't understand people well. The cashier has difficulty finding my prescriptions. There were 3 other people behind the counter and the pharmacist. Only 1 person helping at check out. People behind me, 4 of them to be exact were tired of waiting because the cashier couldn't find prescriptions. She kept ringing them up & then would look for another one. I have no idea what she was looking for. Frustrating!

CVS at Fox Point is there to help and support. Manager makes it a point to keep items needed for my special needs in stock. Similar items are available at WalMart for less money, but utilizing the coupons and extra bucks makes them pretty competitive.

The woman at the checkout counter is so friendly! She's pleasant and doesn't make you feel rushed. I pray her awesome demeanor is recognized by CVS as well as other customers!
