Came to this location for pictures that were pre-paid and should have already been printed before my arrival. The estimated time was 10:00am December 23rd. I get there at 11:30ish to see what happened to my pictures. The cashier told me he wasn’t able to upload them due to a computer error with the machine then instead of fixing it right away when he knew there was an issue, he waits until I come an hour and a half later after the time it was estimated for them to be ready, just to reboot the computer again so they can print. So I ended up waiting about 30 more minutes for my already paid order. Mind you, I’m an active duty service member who’s pretty pleasant with employees wherever I go because whether I have the uniform on or off I always conduct myself as a soldier fighting for my country. So his frustration with the printing booth was understood yet unwarranted. I let it pass. People have bad days. Today I’m in civilians and I look young for 35-years-old so I am often not taken serious. I’m also a Black woman. So I get to the register and he looks at the barcode that came from the machine and still claims I have to pay. Even after I had told him earlier that I had pictures that I paid for already. It was embarassing and humiliating because he stayed very aggressively “oh you have to pay for these” after scanning the barcode. Only to make a fool out of himself when he discovered that I in fact did pay $46.00 for my pictures already. I believe once he seen me grab my phone to go look for my confirmation he finally checked as he should have done first before opening his mouth, to confirm I paid already. Then goes to show me something on the barcode sheet and further explain some BS that I would have known nothing about because I don’t work there. He did this while I was walking all the way out the door because he knew his assumption came from perception and stereotype of me instead of doing his job and confirming before embarassing me in front of customers who nervously laughed at the whole interaction after I stated I was about to pull up my confirmation and bank receipt. I’m grown and have no reason to lie to another adult. He also had an attitude before I even entered as if he didn’t want to be bothered with the pictures. It’s baffling that as nice and patient as I was, he’d still stereotype me as a dishonest thief and a liar before confirming. He doesn’t like working there and he needs to go.

Very friendly and informative staff and the wait time is usually short if everything is ready and in order. It has a mom and pop store atmosphere. I like it. The only reason im giving it 4 stars if bc of the times they ran out of my prescription. I'm in recovery and theres times the WHOLE place has completely ran out of my Suboxone. This is common other places too. Why can't you guys order extra so I don't have to deal with the terrible call I got from you guys today. Doesn't anyone care im sick right now and on the verge of relapsing. Y can't CVS and walgreens order extra? Y do I have short myself to have emergency doses? Y am I calling a 2nd pharmacy and being told they're out? WHY IS THIS HAPPENING? You guys are so friendly up there in person I don't understand. Oh, and please don't send a generic apology. I just wanna know Y its happening, I'm not looking for a "sorry"

This is an update, I have never dealt with a less competent group of people. It is mind blowing these people can make it through day to day life. They don’t understand the most basic English, they get Everything wrong and can never figure out there own policies. If you are gonna be open at 9:00 be open at 9:00. 9:03 no one here yet.

I don't usually go out of my way to give reviews but I have been going to this CVS for a long time now but lately one person in particular has caught my attention and stands out from the rest. Mr. Terry is always extremely kind, patient and helpful and makes me feel valued as a customer and I always leave the store feeling great. I think that he would make an amazing store manager and if he hasn't already been promoted he should be. I have recommended friends and family shop at this CVS location because of his outstanding customer service.

I have been getting my scripts filled at this location for a longtime. And today I picked up a script that they have been filling for me for many years that looks like a completely different pill. I called the pharmacy to ask about it and their lack of concern to ask what med I was referring to, has me very worried for other patients having their meds filled there. The only response I received was that maybe they switched manufactures. I asked if that were they case, why don't they tell people they will look different. Her response was that they don't know what the medication I was taking looked like. Huh? I already explained to her I've been having them filled there for years. I also called their corporate number and briefly spoke with a woman who seemed to have a very lack of concern as well, so I opted to email corporate instead. I'll have to wait to hear from them, but I really don't think this will be resolved properly. I definitely will be switching pharmacies. I will also be sure to promptly contact an attorney if these are indeed the wrong medication. Thank you CVS for the extremely poor customer service. Unfortunately Google forces me to give you a one start review instead of a -5 star review.
