Since our usual CVS closed we've had to go to this one. I'm glad to see a few of the more pleasant employees transferred there. If not for them & the young lady that helped me this evening right before close, this pharmacy would not still be my pharmacy. Some of the people there can't seem to hear & have you repeat the name 3x or more. They'll ask you to speak up & then get rude when you try to speak louder as if now you're being rude. One even refused to help & the girl who took over was equally as rude. Luckily they have a drive thru & there usually isn't more than one car ahead. It's kind of tricky to enter but nothing to complain about. They used to give coupons for money off anything but now you get a long receipt of nothing you want. It's too expensive most of the time to shop. They do always have my prescription ready thus far so that's a definite plus. I'll change my review if things get better or worse but for now this is the norm..

The pharmacy is knowledgeable and the staff can be friendly at times. My biggest issue is when I have multiple prescriptions. They tell me that my prescriptions are ready only to have a few available and having me make another trip literally a day later.

AVOID the pharmacy at this CVS location. After using this CVS as my mother's pharmacy for the last several years, I was compelled to switch to a different pharmacy reccomended by her insurance when a prescription price dramatically changed. I wish I had done so much sooner, but as a caregiver it is sometimes difficult to find time to do things that are not urgent. I use a different CVS for my own prescriptions and have never had any issues, and I have gotten vaccines at other locations, so I can only conclude that the problem stems from management at this particular CVS pharmacy. You can expect: Bad or no communication about prescription status. We frequently had issues refilling regular prescriptions because we didn't pick them up "when they were ready" even though nobody contacted us and we had not run out yet. Refills were then not available timely, causing medication gaps. In other instances we ran out of things "early" (accoding to the pharmacy) and were unable to get a refill without our GPs intervention. We would often find ourselves trouble-shooting issues with medication timing and get information from them that did not jive with what was expected baased on communication with prescribers and insurance. Staff here often seem unhappy or stressed out (again, I think this place has a managemnet issue as my other location is always fine), and are frequently rude and unplesant, or at best unhelpful and rushed as a result. The wait at the drive-in window can be long to even get acknowledged even when you're the only person there. If you call, you will have to fight a losing battle with the voice mail system if you don't have every iota of information with you. A human may not be available. Not a criticsm but a note: the pharmacy closes for a 30 minute lunch. If you do choose to go here note the time of this as nobody will be available. This is a non-comprehensive list of issues we've had since starting to use them in 2020. Caring for an aging and ill parent is a pretty stressful undertaking, and this CVS regularly made it much worse. We are much happier now that we've switched.

The staff at this location could not be any more rude. Everytime I pick up a prescription it’s like it an imposition, seriously isn’t that your job. Not expecting happy but at least pleasant. Literally was lectured by a staff member about using a savings card and she wasn’t helpful she was irritated I was using one.
